We liked fantastic views!

We stayed in the standard queen room, it was fabulous. It had a comfortable bed and included a beautiful bathroom a shower and bath sheets.

Overall I appreciated that absolutely gorgeous hotel. My spacious and brand-new room came with hot tub and private hot tub bath, for example. The staff team was welcoming at any time. Excellent service was provided too. Took the advantage of the parking on site.

we found out decent prices in the hotel. the room we had included central heating and multi-channel television. location: the venue was close enough to manizales and the hummingbirds, the national park, and the beautiful tropical jungle-like gardens.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with a huge variety of exceptionally good rooms. I was offered a room with incredible views of the dramatic valley. The bed was big, as were the pillows.

Brand-new and extremely spacious rooms with hot tub and private hot tub bath, for example, nice pool area. Very friendly stuff and absolutely perfect location adjacent to the mountains down to manizales and the hummingbirds and outside park. Also, high on the slopes of Nevado del Ruiz volcano.

We were in awe of the breathtaking natural surroundings during our stay at this hotel. Surrounded by lush green mountains and enveloped in clouds, it truly felt like a paradise in the lap of nature. The thermal pool provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and the opportunity to witness the hummingbirds up close was simply amazing. The breakfast provided was delightful, and we also enjoyed admiring the beautiful waterfall and unique landscaping with a variety of unusual plants.

Surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air, it's a wonderful place to relax, unwind and recharge one's batteries. The hot springs are a great way to unwind. The walking paths are well-kept and scenic, providing an opportunity to connect with nature. They serve excellent meals, and the atmosphere is genuinely serene.

The heating in the common areas is non-existent, making things somewhat inconvenient in the early morning and evening hours. There was an unexpected insurance charge on our bill, which made our trip more expensive than we budgeted for.
